Le Fonds mondial suspend son partenariat avec Heineken

Le Fonds mondial a récemment annoncé qu’il se retirait du partenariat qu’il avait établi avec Heineken. Ce partenariat devait permettre au Fonds mondial de bénéficier de l’expérience de la compagnie en matière de gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. Le Fonds mondial a décidé de suspendre ce partenariat suite à des informations faisant état de l’utilisation d’hôtesses pour la promotion de la bière.

Suspension of the Partnership with Heineken

The Global Fund had agreed a partnership with Heineken to utilise their expertise in supply chain management, and has since announced that it has withdrawn from this partnership over concerns about Heineken’s use of female beer promoters.

Shadow Report Guidelines on CEDAW and Rights of Sex Workers

This document aims to provide guidance to nongovernmental organisations engaging with the CEDAW review process and providing alternative information to the CEDAW Committee on the theme of rights of sex workers. It accompanies the Framework on Rights of Sex Workers & CEDAW as a practical tool to aid documentation and analysis using the CEDAW Convention as a frame of reference.

Briefing Paper: Sex Workers’ Access to Comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health Services

Globally sex workers experience a number of barriers to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services, ranging from explicit exclusion from international financing to discrimination within SRH services leading to lower access rates.

This paper discusses the obstacles sex workers face when accessing SRH services, and examines the quality of services available to them. It also provides practical examples and recommendations for improving the accessibility and acceptability of SRH services for sex workers.

Аналитическая записка "Влияние на секс-работниц законодательства о преследовании спроса"

Во все большем числе стран рассматривают возможность провести реформу законодательства о секс-работе, внедрив законы о борьбе со спросом, согласно которым обращение за сексуальными услугами считается преступлением. В аналитической записке с опорой на данные исследования и свидетельства членов НСВП, работающих в странах, где плата за секс считается незаконной, рассматривается воздействие законодательства о борьбе со спросом на соблюдение прав человека секс-работниц.  В документе анализируется, почему эти законы не только не способствуют достижению гендерного равенства для женщин, оказывающих секс-услуги, но и активно препятствуют соблюдению их прав человека. 

Informe de política: El impacto de la legislación 'Poner fin a la demanda' en las personas que ejercen el trabajo sexual

Cada vez más países están considerando o implementando reformas legales al trabajo sexual que se enfocan en 'Poner fin a la demanda', el cual criminaliza la compra de servicios sexuales. Este documento explica el impacto de la legislación 'Poner fin a la demanda' en los derechos humanos de las mujeres que ejercen el trabajo sexual a través de la investigación y del testimonio de miembros de la NSWP en países donde se criminaliza pagar por servicios sexuales. Este documento explica cómo estas leyes no solo fracasan en promover la igualdad de género para las mujeres que ejercen el trabajo sexual, sino que también activamente impiden la realización de sus derechos humanos.
