Who do you work with?: 
Personas que ejercen la prostitución, fundamentalmente mujeres (cisexuales y trans). People working in prostitution, mainly women (cisgender and transgender).
How are sex workers involved in your organisation?: 
Intentamos que sean parte activa del Colectivo. We try to get them involved as active members of the Collective.
Which of NSWP priority areas does your organisation work on?: 
Oppose the criminalisation and other legal oppression of sex work and support its recognition as work
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Advocate for universal access to health services, including primary health care, HIV and sexual and reproductive health services
Speak out about violence against sex workers, including violence from police, institutions, clients, and intimate partners, while challenging the myth that sex work is inherently gender-based violence
Oppose human rights abuses, including coercive programming, mandatory testing, raids and forced rehabilitation
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers
What are the two main challenges that the sex workers you work with face: 
El estigma, la criminalización de la actividad en los espacios públicos, no se reconoce la relación laboral en los locales cuando se trabaja para terceros, con lo cual no hay herramientas jurídicas para enfrentarse a los abusos laborales; la confusión entre trata y trabajo sexual; la clandestinidad y la invisibilidad, las violencias hacia las mujeres, especialmente las derivadas del estigma y de las instituciones...... Stigma, criminalisation of our activity in public spaces, when working for third parties we have no formal employment relationship and no legal tools to confront labour abuse; the conflation between trafficking and sex work; underground existence and invisibility, violence against women, especially that which results from stigma and that which is inflicted by institutions...
