At the recent World Health Organisation conference in Montreaux, Switzerland looking at addressing violence against sex workers in the context of HIV, St. James Infirmary programmes director Stephany Ashley presented information about their media campaign on the public transport system.
St. James Infirmary was the only organisation to look at approaching this issue from a media outreach standpoint.

St. James Infirmary has converted the Muni ads into posters, and is working with sex worker clinics and advocacy organisations around the nation and internationally to find outlets for the message in the months ahead.
