Keyword: Pick keywords that are specific and not commonly found. For example, don't search for the word "advocate" on a website about advocacy. You can narrow your search by searching for as many uncommon keywords you can think of that you know are in the title or body of the document you are looking for.

Boolean field: If you enter a string of keywords separated by spaces and set the Boolean field to "AND", the Search will return only documents that have all the words entered. If you set the Boolean field to "OR", the Search will return all documents that have ANY of the words entered.

Case field: If you know a particular word is capitalized, capitalize your keyword and set the Case field to "Sensitive" and the search will return only documents that the words that exactly match the combination of upper and lower case letters you entered. If you are unsure, set it to "Insensitive" and the search will return all documents that contain the word searched for, regardless of the case.
