No specific laws against selling sex in penal code but soliciting for prostitution is criminalised. Also, laws of Zina apply in Comoros so any sex outside of marriage is criminalised.

Is buying sex criminalised?: 

Yes - Zina laws apply to clients also

Is organising/managing criminalised?: 

Yes, assisting a person involved in prostitution, living with/being in a habitual relationship and living on the earnings, acting as an intermediary all criminalised. Brothel-keeping and tolerating sex workers on premises is also criminalised.
