Selling sex is legal but soliciting in a public place in illegal. Many sex workers also arrested under loitering laws.

Is buying sex criminalised?: 

No

Is organising/managing criminalised?: 

Yes - brothel-keeping, pimping, pandering, procuring and living on earnings all criminalised.

What other laws are used disproportionately against sex workers?: 

Unsure. There must be because reports of high levels of police harassment of sex workers. If soliciting not criminalised police must use other public order laws.

No

Is sex work recognised as work?: 

No
