Yes - "pimping" using promises, threats, gifts, fraud or violence is illegal; habitually living with sex worker/living on earnings criminalised. Owning/running prostitution business, providing premises to sex workers or tolerating sex workers on premises illegal.

Is there mandatory HIV/STI testing?: 

Yes - penal code says "People who have engaged in prostitution may be submitted to health examinations and treatment measures if they are infected with venereal disease." Goes on to say that "the examination and treatment costs will be borne by pimps who exploited the activity of these people."
