Who do you work with?: 
We work mainly with cis and trans female sex workers with voting rights. Clients as well can be associates, but have no voting rights in our assemblies, as well we also give sexuality workshops to cis and trans women once a year facilitated by sex workers. We also have a radio show directed and conducted by sex workers at 100%
How are sex workers involved in your organisation?: 
Sex workers are involved in every aspect of the organization, communication, networking and decision making. 4 of 5 Board members are sex workers.
Which of NSWP priority areas does your organisation work on?: 
Critique the trafficking paradigm that conflates representations of sex work, migration, and mobility
Oppose human rights abuses, including coercive programming, mandatory testing, raids and forced rehabilitation
Challenge stigma and discrimination against sex workers, their families and partners, and others involved in sex work
Advocate for the economic empowerment and social inclusion of sex workers as sex workers

We also collaborate and have created alliances with migrant, anti-racist and decolonial organizations in Barcelona, as well as with trans-feminist groups.
